Welcome
I'm an integrative therapist providing a confidential and compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support people dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, personal growth and other emotional challenges. My aim is to provide conditions where you can gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
I have experience supporting clients through bereavement, trauma, and the impact of difficult or harmful relationships.


How I work
I offer one-to-one therapy in a safe and confidential space, available online, face-to-face, or through walking sessions in nature. You are welcome to choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.
My approach is integrative, combining person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic and other humanistic approaches, tailored to support each individual’s unique needs.

Support for navigating relationship challenges, including recovery from narcissistic abuse, as well as exploring self-esteem, identity, and personal growth. I offer a safe space to rebuild trust and move towards healing.
